Note from the organisers

Tyne and Wear Development Company organises the North East Contact Centre Awards to recognise and reward the achievements of employees who have made the contact centre industry such a great success. As well as promoting the work of contact centres in the North East, the Awards aim to raise the profile of the sector as an attractive career path and to highlight role models within the sector. This event also provides an excellent opportunity to network and share best practice throughout the industry.

The Awards grow in stature and importance year on year and we are delighted to be introducing a number of new categories this year. We look forward to a record number of entries and to celebrating with you in November.
