Contact Centre Awards 2012

Tyne and Wear Development Company organises the North East Contact Centre Awards to celebrate the success of one of the region’s leading industries and to recognise and reward the achievements of employees who make North East contact centres among the best in the world.

As well as promoting the work of contact centres in the North East, the Awards aim to raise the profile of the sector as an attractive career path and to highlight role models within the region. This event also provides an excellent opportunity to network and share best practice throughout the industry.

The Awards continue to grow in stature and importance each year and we are delighted to be introducing a number of new categories this year to reflect the evolving nature of the industry. We look forward to a record number of applications this year and to celebrating with you at the Awards evening on 9th November.
