The North East Contact Centre Awards celebrate the success of one of the region's leading industries. They aim to recognise and reward the achievements of employees who make the North East contact centres among the best in the world.

As well as celebrating the work of contact centres in the North East, the Awards aim to highlight role models within the sector and attract new career-seekers to the profession. This event also provides an excellent opportunity to network and share best practice throughout the industry.

The Awards continue to grow in stature and importance year on year and we are delighted to be introducing a number of new categories to this year's event. So make a date in your diary - and be sure to remember the 5th of November this year. We look forward to an outstanding number of entries and to celebrating with you on the night.
