Terms & Conditions

Cancellations received in writing by 9th October 2009 will be refunded after the event for all payments received less a £20 administration charge. No cancellations will be permitted after 9th October 2009. The Organisers reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the programme and arrangements for the event, which will be posted on the website.
