Welcome to the North East Contact Centre Awards 2011

Welcome to our new website for this year's North East Contact Centre Awards which are organised by Tyne and Wear Development Company in association with NRG.

As with previous events, this year's categories have been updated to reflect all that is positive in the contact centre industry, so please take the time to read the categories and their associated judging criteria carefully before selecting which awards to apply for.

The deadline for applications is Friday 16th September and the Awards ceremony will take place on Friday 4th November at Rainton Meadows Arena, Sunderland.
