Congratulations to the Stars of 2011

The finalists of the North East Contact Centre Awards 2011 were announced on Friday night at Rainton Meadows Arena, Sunderland.  The celebrations marked the success and achievements that all participants had made in striving to become the very best in the North East's contact centre industry.
